5. "Services" refer to the various services offered on the Website, including writing, editing, proofreading, and other related services that can be purchased through the Order form.
6. "Support Team" refers to the team of staff members, either from Essay Writing Website or its affiliated entities, who are designated to provide technical and informational support to the Customer for efficient Order completion.
7. "Sales Team" refers to the team of staff members, either from Essay Writing Website or its affiliated entities, who are responsible for familiarizing the Customer with Essay Writing Website' rules and policies, and assisting them with placing their Orders.
8. "Order" refers to a written document in an electronic form that is filled out and submitted online by the Customer on the Website to obtain a Sample. The Order specifies the project's scope of work and other requirements provided by the Customer.
9. "Order page" refers to the dedicated page on the Website assigned to a specific Order, serving as the primary source of instructions and communication for that Order.
10. "Expert" or "Writer" refers to an individual hired by Essay Writing Website on a freelance basis to complete and deliver the Sample.

Section II: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website Services. They constitute an agreement between the Customer (or their authorized representative) as an authorized user of the Services, and Essay Writing Website or its affiliated partner acting based on authorization from Essay Writing Website. The Services will be provided to the Customer of the Website.

By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you must be of legal age to purchase any products or services offered on the Website. If you are an underage person, you are not allowed to access or use this Website.

Furthermore, if you are a student of an accredited university in Australia or its branch campus abroad, or an accredited university in any jurisdiction where Company's services are prohibited, you are not allowed to access or use this Website. You must hold residence or domicile in the permitted jurisdictions to purchase any of our products or services available on this Website.

By submitting an Order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this User Agreement. You also agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

We do not share any personal information you provide with third parties without your written permission, except for personal or identifying information provided in the Instructions necessary for completing your Order. You have the option to remove your name and phone number from our database by making changes in your profile. Other personal and sensitive information can be removed by requesting it in written form.

Order Instructions and Additional Materials

To ensure the proper completion of the Order, we share the Instructions provided in the Order form and additional information, materials, and files with the assigned executive(s) of your Order. We may make changes to remove personal or identifying information, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all such information. It is advisable to remove any confidential information from Instructions before submitting them. By providing Instructions with personal or identifying information, you agree to hold Essay Writing Website harmless from any misuse by the executive(s) of your Order.

Section IV: Website Services

The Website offers academic and business writing services, including various types of written content such as essays, research papers, dissertations, presentations, resumes, and more. The services are intended for customers worldwide and are offered in jurisdictions where they are lawfully permitted.

Section V: Duration of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of creating an account on the Website and remain valid until the end of the calendar year in which the account was created. The term will be automatically renewed for the next calendar year unless terminated 30 days before the expiration. Section VI: Fees

The service price is determined by Essay Writing Website and may vary depending on factors such as delivery time, complexity level, amount of work, and type of writing or service. Section VII: Placing an Order with the Website

This section provides detailed information and regulations regarding the features available in the Website's Order form and other policies related to placing an order with the Website.

When the Customer fills in the Order form and makes an upfront payment, they submit a preliminary offer to Essay Writing Website, providing all the necessary order details. Essay Writing Website reserves the right to refuse service to the Customer at its discretion without providing any specific reason. In such cases, the pre-paid amount will be refunded to the Customer according to the Refund Policy stated in these Terms and Conditions.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the order, including writing level, delivery time, number of sources, writing style, discipline, project title, and any additional information. If the provided information is inaccurate and the delivered sample does not meet the Customer's requirements, a refund is not eligible. Any modifications to the sample due to inaccurate information may be provided to the Customer for an additional fee. Essay Writing Website may choose not to provide any modifications in such cases.

The Customer is responsible for providing all specific sources and materials required for the order instructions. If the Customer requests the Writer to find specific sources, this must be communicated to the Support Team during the order placement process. However, there is no guarantee that the Writer will have access to the requested information. If the Writer cannot find the required information or materials, and the Customer is unable to provide them, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued according to the Refund Policy.

All instructions related to a specific order must be provided through the Customer's personal profile on the Website, including the Order form, "Files" section, "Messages" section, or via the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. Instructions provided through other communication channels, such as Live Chat, phone, or alternative email addresses, will not be considered as official instructions unless confirmed through the designated channels mentioned above.

Types of Service

Essay Writing Website offers four types of services: writing, editing, proofreading, and other. Proofreading involves basic grammar and spelling checks, while editing includes modifying the content according to the Customer's instructions. Both proofreading and editing services require the Customer to upload the file with the content to be reviewed; no additional content will be added. The writing service entails creating a sample from scratch based on the Customer's instructions. The "other" category includes services that do not fall under writing, editing, or proofreading, or a combination of these services.

Word Count

For double-spaced pages, one page contains at least 300 words, while for single-spaced pages, one page contains at least 600 words. The delivered sample will have a word count corresponding to the number of pages ordered unless the order instructions specify a maximum word count lower than the ordered amount. The Writer may provide the Customer with more words per page at their discretion, but this does not establish a precedent for future orders.

For PowerPoint slides, one slide with speaker notes includes 300 words, while one slide without speaker notes includes 100 words. The design, graphs, images, and animation of the PowerPoint presentation are the responsibility of the Writer unless otherwise specified in the order instructions.

The word count of 300 words per page double-spaced and 600 words per page single-spaced also applies to editing and proofreading services. When placing an order for these services, the Customer must calculate the number of pages based on the word count of the file or part of the file to be edited or proofread.

Title Page, Reference Page, Outline, Abstract, and Draft

For writing services, the Customer can request the following sections to be added to the sample at no additional cost:

1. Title page: A free title page will be included if required by the chosenformatting style or specified in the order instructions.
2. References list: A free reference page with all the sources used in the sample paper, cited according to the chosen formatting style or instructions, will be added.
3. Simple Outline: A free simple outline consisting of small phrases for each section will be provided if requested in the order instructions. A complex outline (sentence outline) is not included for free and will be counted in the word count if ordered.
4. Abstract: A free abstract can be provided if the sample is 4 pages or more (double-spaced) and required by the formatting style or specified in the order instructions.
5. Draft: One free draft can be provided upon request, but its length should not exceed 30% of the total length of the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Writer. Only one free draft is offered per order.

These sections will be included free of charge if requested during the order placement. Additional charges may apply if they are requested later.

Writer

The "Preferred Expert" field allows the Customer to choose their preferred Writer for the sample. The Customer can choose among three options:

1. "Best available": The Customer has no specific Writer preference and is willing to work with the best available Writer.
2. "By language proficiency": The Customer can choose between Native or Fluent options. Native means Essay Writing Website will find a native-speaking Writer, while Fluent means an Expert fluent in English but from a non-English speaking country.
3. "By order ID": The Customer can provide a previous order number to request a specific Writer they have worked with before.

Sources

The "Number of sources" field indicates the required number of resources (books, articles, etc.) to be used in the sample. If the Customer does not specify a specific number, they can provide an approximate number of sources in the "Project Details" field. If the Customer enters "0" in the "Number of Sources" field, it authorizes the Writer not to use any resources when writing the sample.

Other Regulations

The Executive of the Order will format the sample according to the latest edition of the selected formatting style, unless specified otherwise in the project details.

Each order is considered a separate project. If multiple orders need to be completed by the same Writer or share the same resources, this must be communicated to Essay Writing Website within 10 minutes after payment. Requests received after 10 minutes may require an additional payment.

Section VIII. BILLING RULES

Payments made to Essay Writing Website through the website are securely processed by Stripe, an American financial services company. Customers can also choose to make payments through bank transfer. However, bank transfers are not recommended for urgent orders as they take 2-3 business days to process. Essay Writing Website requires payment before starting work on the customer's sample. No billing information is stored by Essay Writing Website, and there are no subscription fees. Transaction fees imposed by Stripe, credit card issuers, or banks are the responsibility of the customer.

Essay Writing Website reserves the right to refuse service and issue refunds at its discretion for reasons such as stolen card use, inability to identify the client, fraud, or short delivery time.

Services provided by Essay Writing Website are pre-paid. Work on an order will only begin once payment is received. Payment in installments is possible for orders that meet certain conditions, including a total order amount of $500 USD or more and a deadline of more than 14 calendar days. Each customer is responsible for making timely payments after placing an order, unless an alternative type of service is chosen. Essay Writing Website will not start processing an order until payment is received.

Section IX. LOYALTY PROGRAM

The Loyalty Program is offered at Essay Writing Website's discretion. Customers earn points for each dollar spent on orders, which can be redeemed for permanent discounts. Customers with over 750 points receive a 5% discount, those with over 1500 points receive a 10% discount, and those with over 3000 points receive a 15% discount. Points deducted if an order is refunded.

Section X. RECEIVING THE COMPLETED SAMPLE

Completed samples are uploaded to the "Files" section of the corresponding order page on the website. Samples are not automatically emailed to customers but can be requested through the support team. Samples cannot be physically shipped. Essay Writing Website strives to deliver samples in advance but does not guarantee delivery within the chosen timeframe. If there are delays, the customer will be notified, and a partial refund may be provided.

Customers have the option to request revisions within 10 calendar days of receiving the sample. Free revisions are available under specific conditions, including that the revision request aligns with the initial instructions and does not introduce new information. Revisions are typically done by the same writer, but another writer may be assigned if the original writer is unavailable or the initial sample contained unoriginal content. Additional payment may be required for revisions that do not meet the specified conditions.

Section XI. "NO PLAGIARISM" POLICY

Essay Writing Website follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy and ensures that all samples are plagiarism-free. Samples are double-checked with a plagiarism detection system. Direct quotes are acceptable if properly cited. In the rare case of plagiarism, Essay Writing Website will make necessary corrections without additional charges, and customers may be eligible for a full refund with sufficient evidence.

Section XII. COPYRIGHT AND PERSONAL USE

All writing samples delivered to the customer are copyrighted by Essay Writing Website. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to download and use the samples for personal use only. The samples should be used as a guide and properly cited as a source. Customers are prohibited from submitting the samples as their own work to educational institutions. Essay Writing Website does not track or control the customer's use of the samples.

Section XIII. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Essay Writing Website has a zero-tolerance policy for spam and unethical marketing techniques. Customers who are third-party advertisers or affiliates agree to comply with laws and ethical principles regarding spam. Essay Writing Website is not responsible for any claims arising from the customer's use of unlawful or unethical marketing techniques. Essay Writing Website does not support or sponsor spam advertising.

Section XIV. Fair Use Policy

1. The samples provided on the website are intended for assistance purposes only. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for preparing and submitting their own work to their educational institution.

2. The customer agrees to use any part of the provided documents with proper referencing to the source. Essay Writing Website does not support academic plagiarism in any form. The samples are unique and tailored to the customer's needs and instructions.

3. Essay Writing Website may publish purchased writing samples after a waiting period of at least six months to ensure fair use by the customer. However, if fraudulent transactions are detected, the sample may be published before the waiting period ends. By using the website, the customer confirms their acceptance of this procedure and agrees not to hold Essay Writing Website liable for any claims resulting from non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Section XV. Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of a paid order:

   a. If the order has not been assigned to a writer, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund. b. If the order has been assigned to a writer and less than half of the deadline has passed, the customer may receive a refund of up to 70% to compensate the writer for the completed work. c. If the order has been assigned to a writer and more than half of the deadline has passed, the customer may receive a refund of up to 50%. In this case, the writer is not responsible for providing the completed part of the paper.

2. Multiple payments made by mistake:

   If the customer accidentally makes multiple payments, Essay Writing Website's billing department will refund the extra payments upon notification by the customer.

3. No writer assigned to the order:

   If Essay Writing Website is unable to find a writer for the customer's order, the customer will be notified before the deadline and receive a full refund.

4. Late delivery of the sample:

   a. If the order is sent to the customer late, the customer may request a partial refund of up to 20% based on the initial deadline and the actual delivery time. However, if lateness is due to the customer's lack of instructions or irresponsiveness, the refund request may be declined. b. If the customer decides to cancel the order due to lateness before receiving the file, a 100% refund will be provided.

5. Issues with the delivered sample:

   a. If the sample does not correspond to the customer's instructions or contains grammar, spelling, or punctuation mistakes, the customer may request a refund. b. If the completed order is not formatted properly according to the requested style or template, the customer is eligible for a refund of up to 10%. c. If the sample contains grammar, punctuation, or spelling mistakes, the customer may qualify for a partial refund of up to 30% by providing examples of the errors. d. If the sample contains unoriginal content, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund by providing substantial evidence of plagiarism. e. If the instructions for the order were not followed, the customer may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the evidence provided.

6. The customer can request a refund within 60 calendar days after receiving the sample. After this period, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund unless it is related to plagiarism or unoriginal content.

7. Essay Writing Website may offer the customer a store credit as a refund option, which can be used for future orders. The customer can choose to receive a refund instead.

8. All refunds are issued to the same payment source used for the initial transaction. If technical issues prevent a refund to the initial payment source, an alternative refund method will be agreed upon between the customer and Essay Writing Website.

Section XVI. WARRANTIES

1. Essay Writing Website guarantees that all writing samples provided to the customer are free from plagiarism and are properly formatted according to the specified style.

2. The services offered by Essay Writing Website are provided on an "as is" basis and do not infringe upon any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claims. Any other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Essay Writing Website does not make any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the website or any services provided. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade. Essay Writing Website also does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service or website. It is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any content provided through the service or website. Professional advice should be sought for appropriate evaluation of any opinions, advice, information, or other content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Essay Writing Website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or any information provided on the website. This limitation of liability applies unless prohibited by certain states or jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, Essay Writing Website's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services.

OTHER DISCLAIMERS

Essay Writing Website's samples are intended for assisting students in their own projects and should be properly cited when used as references. Essay Writing Website does not support or engage in plagiarism or any other forms of academic fraud. Essay Writing Website adheres to copyright laws and will not knowingly allow customers to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws. Essay Writing Website and its affiliates are not responsible for any unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or wrongful use of the samples or other materials obtained from the website. The customer is solely responsible for any disciplinary or legal actions that may arise from improper use of the materials.

INDEMNITY

The customer agrees to release and hold Essay Writing Website and its affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, claims, and actions arising from or related to the services. This includes any technical malfunctions, failures, delays, injuries, losses, or damages associated with the use of the services. The customer also agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Essay Writing Website and its affiliates harmless from any claims made by third parties due to the customer's use of the services, violation of these terms and conditions, violation of third-party rights, or any other act or omission by the customer.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the immediate termination of cooperation between the customer and Essay Writing Website. The customer will be prohibited from using any of Essay Writing Website's services, and no refunds will be issued for services already provided or in progress. If the customer is unable to comply with any policies in these terms and conditions, they should contact Essay Writing Website before placing any orders.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Essay Writing Website reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions, as well as change, suspend, or discontinue the service or website at any time. Notice of such changes may be posted on the website or sent via email to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW

All relations between Essay Writing Website and the customer shall be governed by the laws of Vanuatu. In the event of any claims or disputes, an attempt will be made to resolve them through mutual negotiations within 2 months. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved by the competent local court where Essay Writing Website is registered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATUS

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Essay Writing Website and the customer who accepted them by registering with the website. They serve as a public agreement of accession and do not require a physical document or signature.
